The 8500 LE is made by third party manufacturers. The difference between the 8500, 8500 LE, 8700, and the 8800 is clock speed. Despite the name (rv200), these cards are r100 based. The 7500 has a tweaked core, more RAM and higher clock speeds (possible due to a manufacturing process shrink).
